We want to change this for your benefit by no longer accepting these orders via email but via the ticket system.
For this, please write a ticket with the specifications:
- Account email (Attention, the email must be stored in the support account.)
- Charname on which the vouchers are located.
- Desired item
We also ask the players who have already sent an email to send this request again via ticket.
