    It is important that you have deactivated any translation add-ons in your browser, otherwise we will not be able to add the order to the items correctly.


    After we have processed the ticket and you have received the items correctly, please do not reply to the ticket. A thank you is nice, but it also delays the processing of other orders.


    If something is wrong, reply to your ticket and briefly describe what was wrong.


    Even if you want to order another item shortly afterwards, you must open a new ticket. This is so that we can keep an overview in our system. If orders are placed on a ticket on several days, it is very difficult for us to track down errors, for example.

    1. place the required vouchers correctly stacked in the bag.
      You do not have to stack the vouchers individually for each item when ordering several items.
    2. It is important that the number of vouchers required is correct.
      E.g. 2 x 48 items 1 stack of 60 vouchers (the total number is important here).
      Many of you place the vouchers in a free pocket, which is advantageous for our processing.
      However, if you have a char in which all but a few pockets are full, this is problematic for you. It is therefore not necessary to put the vouchers in an extra bag. It would be nice if the vouchers were in the first or last place in the bag.

    The request for GM vouchers is made via the ticket system.


    There you select the game for the question “Which area do you have a question about?


    You will then be asked to enter your nickname, e-mail address and the subject. Enter “GM vouchers” as the subject.


    In the description of the problem you write us all the necessary information we need to process your request.


    - choose a character on which you will no longer log in until the ticket is handed out.


    - Please note that the ticket must be written from the account mail.


    - the required GM vouchers must be in your character's pocket.


    - the required GM vouchers must be stacked in the correct number.

    - If you order multiple items, the total number of coupons must be stacked correctly (example: you order 3 armor pieces a stack of 90 coupons is allright).

    - The coupons do not have to be in an extra bag


    - as soon as everything has been checked, you will find your skin/item in the mailbox. You will receive feedback.


    - You should be aware that the GM vouchers will be removed in exchange.

    Here are a few rules:



    • Do not invent any items that do not yet exist. It is highly unlikely that we will get such items approved or created.

    Each player will be in the large conference room.

    Course of the game:


    The team member sits down invisibly in any place in the large conference room.


    Then the command start is given and each player runs to the place where they think the team member is.

    The player who is closest to the team member wins the round.


    Each player can of course win a round more than once.


    However, during a game (several rounds) he can only win one 48 item.

    During an event every player is allowed to participate as often as he wants and can win GM vouchers in every round.


    A 48 item is only possible once per event for each player.


    So if you win a 48 item twice during an event, let the GM know that you have already won 1 item. Then you will receive 10 GM vouchers as a prize and the 48 item can be played again.



    If you have won a 48 item, please write a ticket which item you have chosen.


    You can find the eligible items in the GM Coupon list in the forum.

    Please note that the ticket must be sent from the email address registered in your account.


    A won item can also be sent to another character of the account (e.g. another server). You have to specify this name in your ticket.


    After the event is done we will check if a player has bypassed the rule that he can only win 1 48 item per event by logging into another account. If this is the case he will not get a 48 item.


    Because this check takes some time, we can not start immediately after the event with the delivery of the items.
